Screef is a small company and we will try our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be made, processed, and shipped, as we make most of our items to order.
Please allow one week for all Canadian shipments and up to three weeks for international shipments. All shipping prices are based on Canada Post rates, therefore we can only estimate pricing. Prices may be subject to change based on your location.
Screef will allow up to 30 days for a return or exchange on any unwashed or warn items. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs back to us.
If there is a defect in your item please let us know via email at screefwear@gmail.com.We will be happy to send you a replacement once you have sent back the defected item. The shipping costs for the said item will be covered by Screef.
Machine washing and drying is fine as the hoodies don't shrink too much. The blended fabrics will shrink a bit in the dryer, so it is advised to hang dry all screef products for ultimate long lasting clothing.
